The International Society of Traumatic Stress Studies offers a continuing education credit program through the Journal of Traumatic Stress (JTS).  We offer one year subscriptions to the Journal CE program as well as flexible ways to purchase exams for credit. Participation in this program is simple and convenient. Read the article either from your print or online Journal, or access the article after you have registered for the exam.

Note: JTS articles are available from February 2009 through June 2012.


Overall learning objectives of this program:

  • Evaluate the impact of traumatic stress in various populations.
  • Assess risk and resilience in the aftermath of trauma.
  • Employ knowledge for prevention of and intervention for trauma related symptoms such as PTSD

 

Each article is worth 1 credit. After reading the article, complete the online quiz. Upon completion of the quiz, a certificate will be automatically generated and provided online. There is no waiting for a certificate to arrive by mail!

This activity is approved by CE Learning Systems, Inc. an approved provider of APA, ASWB, NCBB, NAADC and Nursing (CA Board).
