ISTSS webinars include a live presentation over the telephone or VoIP (audio over the computer), with accompanying handouts online. They provide the educational value of a conference session, without the hassle and expense of travel. A live webinar also provides participants with the opportunity to interact with the presenter during the question and answer period.

Your registration fee for a live webinar includes one audio connection, one PDF of the slide presentation (if provided by the presenter) and one evaluation for continuing education (CE) credits. The member and non-member price each include 1.5 CE credits for one participant. Additional participants in the webinar can purchase CE credits for an extra $25 each. Those participants will need to provide the registration code given to the primary registrant in order to receive credits. This number can be found in the primary registrant's confirmation email.

For live webinars, you must claim your CE credits within 30 days of a live webinar event. This also applies to additional participants who wish to claim credit. After 30 days, you will no longer be able to claim the credit. This does not apply to recorded webinars or conference sessions.
*An unlimited number of people can listen in on the webinar with you, but only one person can claim CE credits.

Cancelation policy

Cancelations will be accepted through end of business day, two days prior to each specific webinar. Registrants who cancel within that time will receive a refund, minus a $10 service fee. Cancelations received after that day will not be refunded.
