Abstract submission for the 2007 ISTSS Annual Meeting, to be held November 15-17, 2007, in Baltimore, Md., opens Feb. 1. Oral presentation proposals will be accepted online Feb.1-March 15, and poster presentation proposals will be accepted online Feb. 1-March 30. The theme for the ISTSS 23rd Annual Meeting is "Preventing Trauma and its Effects: A Collaborative Agenda for Scientists, Practitioners, Advocates and Policy Makers."  This conference will highlight the advancement and exchange of knowledge about the prevention of traumatic events and maladaptive trauma-related reactions. Though you are encouraged to submit proposals that relate to the conference theme, ISTSS welcomes proposals on additional topics related to traumatic stress.

The deadline policy is strict — late proposals will not be accepted. To avoid missing the deadline, start preparing your abstract now by reading the Call for Presentations and gathering all required information.
