The award honors Connecticut leaders whose dedication and commitment have tremendous positive impact on the lives of our most vulnerable, disadvantaged children. Award recipients’ outstanding expertise and compassionate delivery of services ensure that every child has an equal opportunity to be healthy, safe and secure.
