I am looking for others to do a symposia on research in the area of posttraumatic growth and ruminations in medically ill populations. My research is with an HIV positive population and I looked at PTG, Ruminations, and World Assumptions as they relate to health outcomes.

We are putting together a symposium regarding the aftermath of injury for veterans (any era). We already have two symposium papers: the first is looking at existential coping following spinal cord injury (all eras) and the second is focused on the co-mobidity of PTSD and traumatic brain injury (OIF/OEF) and the relationship with cognitive deficits. We realize this is short notice, but we are very interested in collaborating with researchers who are specifically investigating contributions to recovery following injury for veterans.
