Online Abstract Database with Itinerary Builder
The abstract database is available to search among all the presentations and events that will occur at the annual meeting, including poster presentations. Events of interest and presentations can be marked for inclusion in your personalized itinerary. To use this service, see instructions below.
Instructions:
- Access the abstract database
- Enter your user name and password. If you cannot remember your password, click “Request Your Password” on the left-hand menu and follow the instructions. Once you have logged in, select “Personalized Itinerary Builder” from the Attendee Tools. If you have not used the system previously, select, “Create a New Account” located in the first paragraph.
- Select “Personalized Itinerary Builder” in the Attendee Tools menu.
- Select a feature:
- Current Itinerary displays any sessions you have selected for your itinerary. Included in the display are the presentation title, primary presenter, and session information. Itineraries may be printed two ways — short (abstract text not included) or print with presentations (abstract text and learning objectives included). Note that the schedule is subject to change.
- Simple Search allows you to search for any occurrence of the search term in either the author last names or among the title and abstract text.
- Session Search allows you to search for abstracts by track.
- Advanced Search allows you to perform a more detailed search including searching by abstract type, author last name, title, abstract text, track, or institutions.
- Search by Index allows you to search for author names alphabetically.
- Calendar Search allows you to browse a calendar listing of scheduled abstracts and choose the abstracts you wish to add to your itinerary by date and time.
- Special Events allows you to add special events.
