Discounted Registration
ISTSS offers a sliding scale registration fee schedule for attendees residing in many countries outside the U.S., Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Student Registration
Students receive a significant registration discount. A Student Meeting will be held Thursday, November 13. If you are a student and plan to attend this luncheon meeting, you must indicate that on the registration form. You will receive a luncheon ticket in your registration envelope if you have done so.

Students and postdoctorals can volunteer to assist at the ISTSS conference and receive either a $40 discount on full student registration fee or the sliding scale rate, whichever is lower.

Verification of student/postdoctoral status is required at the time of registration. Please provide headquarters with a copy of a valid student ID. Registrations will not be processed without proper identification for all attendees registering at the student rate.

Pre-Meeting Institute Registration
To register for a Pre-Meeting Institute hosted by ISTSS on November 12, indicate which session(s) you wish to attend on the registration form, and include the proper payment. Discounts are available if you register for more than one half-day ISTSS Pre-Meeting Institute.

Sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited. You will be notified by ISTSS headquarters in the event that a session you have chosen has been closed. Only those holding tickets for a specific session will be admitted. Session tickets will be distributed with registration materials onsite.

Register for CITRM
Consider attending the Conference on Innovations in Trauma Research Methods, November 16-17, 2008, at the Hotel Orrington on Chicago’s North Shore, immediately following the ISTSS Annual Meeting. Fax your registration to ISTSS at 847-480-9282. Include your credit card payment information. Registrations will not be processed without payment. All registrations received by fax require credit card payment only.

Payment
Registrations must include check or credit card payment in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. A $40 billing fee will be added for processing purchase orders or invoices. Registrations will not be accepted without full payment.

Registration Confirmation
Each registrant will receive confirmation of registration. Badges and tickets for Pre-Meeting Institutes and box lunches will be distributed on site with your registration portfolio.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by October 2 will be subject to a $75 cancellation charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 2, 2008. Registrant substitutions are allowed at any time, but notification must be in writing to ISTSS headquarters. Registrants who fail to contact ISTSS headquarters are responsible for full payment.
