Submission closed April 1. Chairs of submitted proposals will be notified via e-mail by August 1 as to whether or not their proposals are accepted. Given the volume of high-quality proposals and the limited number of slots, the Program Committee will have a tough job making the selections. Submissions that are not selected for oral presentation will be considered for poster presentation automatically. The Program Committee, which consists of more than 55 volunteers, currently is reviewing proposal submissions and making programming decisions. In the selection process, two volunteers, plus one deputy volunteer, review each proposal. For information about the proposal and review process, contact Nicki Patti, education manager at ISTSS headquarters, 847-480-9028, ext. 214, or [email protected].
